The Journey: 18 Months of Action Learning
4 Progressive Rotations: Sales Assistant - Assistant Store Manager - Store Manager - Retail Supervisor
Immersive Field Experience: hands-on store management all over Europe, combined with targeted HQ touchpoints
1 Clear Ambition: step into the role of Retail Supervisor, leading a network of stores across Italy and international markets
What you bring?
- A solid postgraduate academic record
- Fluency in English and Italian (C1 level); a third language (B1+) is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel/relocate (80%+ of the time all over Europe) with an open, global mindset
- Retail experience and a genuine passion for the luxury fashion business
- Natural leadership presence, team-first mindset, and exceptional customer orientation
