Pre-Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities of being a Pre-Construction Project Manager:
- Lead the pre-construction phase of data centre projects, from initial feasibility and concept design through to construction readiness
- Coordinate architects, engineers, specialist consultants and contractors to ensure designs are developed in line with client requirements
- Manage project budgets, cost plans and procurement strategies, identifying opportunities for value engineering and
