About Spring
Spring Studios is an international creative, content and event production agency, highly specialised in beauty, fashion and luxury. From Milan, London and New York we serve brands across Europe and the US, flexing from strategy and creative direction to content, advertising, events and social media on every brief. One senior team across our hubs, with Spring Represents, our talent representation unit, launching in 2027. We are in a new phase of evolution and building the team to lead it.
The role
As Marketing & PR Lead you will shape how the Spring name is seen and talked about where our clients decide. You own the group marketing plan and budget, work across Europe and the US and report to the Global CEO.
What you will do
- Support global leadership in defining the marketing strategy, then lead its implementation
- Own the group marketing plan and budget, aligned with and in support of the New Business Directors
- Be Spring's PR voice: manage our PR agencies in Milan and New York and build direct relationships with press and influencers
- Run Spring's social media in house, coordinating the internal team
- Own the website, managing its ongoing updates, and the awards entries
- Run client events and activations
What you bring
- 5 to 8 years in marketing, communication or PR, ideally in an agency or a brand in beauty, fashion or luxury
- Hands on PR experience with agencies, press and influencers, and with managing budgets
- A naturally social person, well connected in the beauty, fashion and luxury circles our clients move in
- Excellent writing in English and Italian, both at native level, French a plus
- A hands on approach, from plan to execution
- Experience with client events and social media
- Ease working across different time zones
What we offer
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €40.000,00 to €50.000,00
