In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality on‑site implementations, ensuring customer readiness, and enabling users to adopt our digital solutions effectively. - Lead the on-site implementation of TPM solution contracts
- Conduct kick-off meetings to define a tailored implementation setup
- Deliver high-quality training to relevant customer stakeholders
- Drive impactful user enablement to ensure adoption and self-service
- Ensure customer readiness and satisfaction throughout the implementation
- Execute standardized on-site care services
- Create leads for targeted up- and cross-selling
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Strong digital mindset and customer‑consulting orientation
- Valid driving license
- Nice to have
- Degree in Economics or Computer Science
- Previous experience in customer-facing or technical roles
