Finance Business Partner, Operation
We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Finance Business Partnering Manager to support senior business leaders, drive financial performance, and deliver actionable insights that enable growth and profitability. Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions and drive performance. Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and business case analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Lead commercial finance activities, focusing on customer and business profitability. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve financial and operational performance. Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, statutory reporting, and balance sheet integrity.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, or Commercial Finance. Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant finance degree preferred.
