Offer Description
The objective of the contract is to carry out research on the topics of the Scientific Disciplinary Sector IIND-03/A Mechanical design and construction of machines. Objectives of the scientific activity: design and optimization of mechanical components and related joints, also with the use of computer-aided design tools and additive manufacturing technologies; surface treatment techniques for improving adhesion in bonded joints; modeling of the mechanical behavior of materials and joining systems, also with the help of Artificial Intelligence algorithms. The Researcher will be engaged in carrying out teaching activities consisting of the assignment of teaching courses belonging to the Scientific Disciplinary Sector IIND-03/A Mechanical Design and Construction of Machines. He/she will also be engaged in supplementary teaching activities (exercises, seminars, etc.), in student assistance activities,
in participation in the procedures for verifying profit and final examination, within the subjects belonging to his scientific-disciplinary sector.
The methods consist of carrying out teaching activities in the various forms envisaged, exercises, assistance with student activities, participation in the procedures for verifying profit and finals, within the subjects and topics indicated in the subject of the contract. The teaching activity for carrying out teaching in the various forms provided does not involve a commitment exceeding 120 hours, as required by the University regulations.
