Head Waiter
Experimental Roma in Rome is seeking a Head Waiter who will organize the dining room setup, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and advise guests with menu knowledge. You will manage your section, take and fulfill orders, and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
Experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role is required. You should communicate effectively in Italian and English, and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Micros systems knowledge is a plus.
