Caterpillar Inc. is launching a New Graduate Field Service Representative Program designed to develop the next generation of engineers. The 3-year rotation includes extensive training across Solar Turbines products, customer service, and hands-on field experience.
Graduates within the last three years in engineering will train at multiple Solar locations worldwide, with substantial travel to customer sites as part of the program.
