Italian Customer Service
JAKKS Pacific seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage Italian customer accounts. You will handle orders from receipt through processing, coordinating with warehouse, compliance, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, item codes and timely delivery.
You will also ensure EU labeling compliance for packaging and manage non-conformities, while maintaining strong communication with Sales and Finance teams to support growth.
