By securing this Italian Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria, you will be the voice of our client, providing world-class assistance to gamers and enthusiasts while enjoying a premium relocation experience in the heart of the Balkans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to gaming community members via email, chat, and voice channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to gameplay, account management, and in-game transactions within the Esports ecosystem.
- Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and community trends to ensure accurate player guidance.
- Represent the client brand with excellence and professionalism, fostering a positive gaming environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve recurring player pain points or technical bugs.
- Drive player satisfaction scores by delivering prompt, empathetic, and effective solutions in Italian.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance player engagement and loyalty.
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Proven passion for the Gaming & Esports industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site opportunity.
- Experience in technical support or player relations is considered an advantage for this Italian Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
