We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver clinical and product training on Varian radiotherapy products to customers and employees, including complex clinical workflows and scenarios involving multiple products. /liliLead classroom and hands-on laboratory sessions, ensuring customers are confident in operating company equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. /liliDevelop lesson plans based on engineering documentation, field service requirements, and software documentation, tailoring training to address customers' specific implementation needs and questions. /liliCreate complementary training and support materials, including quick tips, workbooks, video content, and implementation guides. /liliCollaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure training materials accurately reflect current product features and address evolving customer needs. /liliSupport customer inquiries and relevant testing scenarios involving company products, translating technical product knowledge into practical guidance. /liliPartner with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance service delivery, strengthen customer relationships, and improve the overall customer experience. /li /ulh3Your Expertise /h3ulliProfessional experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a radiotherapy environment,
with hands-on experience in radiation therapy workflows and equipment. /liliRelevant educational background and professional qualification in Radiologic Technology, Medical Radiology, or an equivalent field. /liliExperience working in a clinical environment and interacting with healthcare professionals. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical and clinical knowledge into clear, engaging training. /liliCustomer-focused mindset and ability to build effective relationships with different stakeholders. /liliStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training activities and priorities. /liliAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. /li /ulh3Preferred qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience in clinical education, application training, or product training within the medical technology sector. /liliExperience developing or delivering educational materials for clinical or technical audiences. /liliFamiliarity with training healthcare professionals on medical equipment and complex clinical workflows. /li /ulh3Compensation Benefits /h3ulliThe position is regulated by CCNL Metalmeccanico Agreement, qualifica Impiegato. /liliThe base salary for this position typically ranges from € . /liliThe final offer will be tailored based on your individual skills, experience and specific location. /liliPerformance Premio:
