Manufacturing Operations Leader – Lean
Franke is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in Italy, driving safety, quality, and cost performance while embedding the Franke Production System (FPS). You will develop frontline leaders, optimize capacity, and ensure On-Time In-Full delivery with Lean practices.
The role requires 10–15 years of manufacturing experience, including management of large teams, and a strong background in metal processing within international environments. Location is on-site in Italy.
