Senior AI Agent Architect — Enterprise Integrations
Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end AI Agent deployments, integrating Parloa's platform with enterprise systems and complex data flows. You will shape conversational experiences through prompts and LLMs while leading collaboration across engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure scalable, reliable implementations. You will guide integrations with CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing platforms, and drive testing, risk assessment, and data transformation practices.
