As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish room amenities daily
- Vacuum,
sweep, and mop floors as required
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and belongings
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences vetrinabakeca
