* CoordinateorganizationalandadministrativefunctionsacrosstheFoodandBeverageDepartment,ensuringadherencetoJumeirahstandardsandobjectives,anddisseminatedepartmentalgoalstocolleagues.
* Establishperformancestandardsandjobdescriptionsforservicecolleagues,supportspecialpromotions,andengageinPRactivitiestoenhancetheHotel'simageandprofitability.
* Maintainup-to-datedepartmentalSOPs,updateproceduresandensurecommunicationofchangestorelevantdepartmentsandcolleaguesinatimelymanner.
* ExecuteassignmentsdelegatedbytheF&BDirector;,andfostersolidrelationshipswithotherdepartmentalmanagement.
* AssistinconductingbriefingswithOutletManagers,interactingwithlocalcommunityrepresentativesandpotentialguests,andmonitorcompetitoractivitiestoinformstrategicimprovements.
* MonitortheprofitabilityofF&Boutlets;,andprovidesolutionsforimprovementwhileensuringeachoutlet'sprofitability.
* AidinthedevelopmentofideastoincreaseF&Bsalesproductivity;,planandimplementeffectivesalesandpromotionalactivities,andidentifymarketneedsandtrendsforbothResortguestsandthelocalmarket.
* Contributetobuildinganefficientteamthroughtraining,development,safety,andwelfareinitiatives,andparticipateintrainingprogramstoimprovepersonalanddepartmentalstandards.
* AssistinthetraininganddevelopmentofOutletManagers,ensurecompliancewiththeQualityManagementSystem(QMS),andpromoteawarenessofcustomerrequirementsthroughouttheorganization.
