* AssistsSeniorChefsinthedevelopmentofnewmenuideastoensureallmenusareseasonalandcreativeusingthefinestingredients
* EnsurecompliancetoallrelevantHealth,SafetyandEnvironmentmanagementproceduresandcontrolswithinadefinedareaofactivitysothatCompanyprovidesworldclassandluxurioushospitalityservicestoitsguests
* Supervisesandcheckeverydishsentfromthesectiontoensurehighestqualitystandardsaremaintained.
* AsChefdepartieandsectioninchargeresponsibleforrefrigerationcleaning,stockrotation,datecodingandsectiondeepcleaning
