Pharmacovigilance Manager - Pharma
Overview As a Pharmacovigilance Lead within IQVIA's Lifecycle Safety team, you will guide a growing PV function for pharma and biotech clients. You'll blend people leadership, client partnership, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality PV and medical information activities. You will be a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects, driving compliance, inspections readiness, and process improvements. This role offers visibility, impact on patient safety, and opportunities to shape PV delivery and business growth.

Lead and develop a small Pharmacovigilance team with coaching and day-to-day management

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field
Significant experience in Pharmacovigilance within CRO/pharma/healthcare
Previous people management experience
Strong knowledge of European pharmacovigilance regulations and processes
Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead teams in a dynamic environment
