Supply Chain Implementation Analyst
MSC Technology Italy is seeking an Supply Chain Implementation Analyst with proven experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support the international roll-out of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 . The ideal candidate will act as a key link between IT and Operations, contributing to the implementation and optimization of logistics and warehouse processes across multiple international sites. Role and Key Responsibilities
- Analyze logistics and warehouse processes to ensure effective implementation of WMS solutions.
- Support the roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM across international locations.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams and operational stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Contribute to system configuration, integration activities, and functional testing.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
- Deliver training sessions and provide post go-live support to end users.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within the supply chain domain.
- Operate within international, cross-functional project teams.
