French Remote Customer Support Specialist
Eurovetrocap has been developing, manufacturing, and marketing glass and plastic packaging for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and makeup markets for over forty years. Every day we serve thousands of clients worldwide through a sales force present in 30 countries, with sales in 120 markets.
For our Customer Care Team, we are looking for a candidate who will have the opportunity to support us in developing customer relationships in the international cosmetic packaging and perfumery sectors.
Develop and manage ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction
Enter sales orders through corporate IT systems
Follow up on order management through to shipment
Operate in compliance with received directives, company policies, and procedures
Excellent command of the French language
Permanent contract,
Commerce CCNL (National Collective Bargaining Agreement) Level III
Meal vouchers for each day worked on-site
Remote working two days a week, following an initial training period
