Senior IT Operations Technician — End-User Support
Bacardi Martini Production is seeking a Senior IT Operations Technician to be the face of IT for Bacardi end-users. You will provide customer care, incident management and technical support across network, collaboration tools and end-user computing.
The role covers on-site IT operations, incident resolution, service desk management and collaboration with external suppliers. English proficiency required; ITIL and SAP knowledge are preferred for effective governance and support.
