Temp Deckhand
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Temp Deckhand for a 60m+ motor yacht.
This is a temp position with the possibility of turning permanent
The ideal candidate will be confident on deck, ready to jump in and have great seamanship skills.
Requirements:
- All relevant certificates in hand and up to date
- At least 2 years’ experience as a deckhand on similar sized vessels
- Strong work ethic is essential & able to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong on deck - guest interactions, tender driving, varnishing, caulking etc.
- Schengen/EU passport & B1/B2 Visa essential
Start date: Flexible- November 15End date: December 24 (if not made perm)Joining Location: ItalySalary: USD 3750Annual leave: 38 daysFull health insuranceItinerary & vessel: Private/Charter vessel- in the med, Atlantic Crossing before Bahamas
