A|X Marketing Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist who will support the team in creating, planning, executing and delivering all projects and marketing initiatives for Armani Exchange. You will have a specific focus on the retail channel, in order to elevate the brand engagement at global level.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency, visibility and retail commercial performance.
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for the Italian market, managing activities, events, special projects and related budgets.
- Coordinate retail marketing initiatives, including clienteling activities, in-store animations and the “A|X Make It Yours” personalization service, in collaboration with Retail and CRM teams.
- Coordinate the selection, planning, ordering and activation of GWP (Gift with Purchase) initiatives across Italian and global markets.
- Organize and coordinate the two annual Sales Conventions, managing planning, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with Head Quarter, local teams, external agencies and suppliers,
ensuring alignment, timelines, deliverables and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, business results, budgets and ROI, preparing performance reports and actionable insights to support future activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Retail or Trade Marketing, preferably within the Fashion industry, with a strong passion for marketing and brand development
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative, with excellent communication skills
- International mindset and willingness to travel
The base salary range for this position is 27.000 - 30.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
