Junior Leasing Manager
Leasing of retail space within the Italian Supernova portfolio
Preparing and updating offers
Onboarding new tenants
Negotiating, preparing and finalising lease agreements and amendments
Timely renewal of lease agreements
Correspondence and meetings with tenants
Regular reporting to the Head of Leasing Italy
Supporting asset reporting (rent roll)
Working with centre management, tenant coordination, controlling
Market research
Graduate in engineering (university or respective college)
Degree in Economics, Real Estate or Business Administration with approximately 1-3 years of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, shopping centres, outlets or a comparable commercial environment
Driving license, willingness to travel and flexible
resilience,
mobility and willingness to work throughout Italy on a short- or long-term basis
Italian as mother tongue, fluent in English both written and spoken as a must
Excellent management, planning and organisational skills are a must
knowledge of standard software applications
