Senior Direct Support Professional — Lead & Mentorship
Upstate Caring Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Direct Support Professional to oversee a team of 12 or fewer residents and staff. You'll mentor new employees, support on-site orientation, and assist in coordinating daily shift operations under the Program Manager.
You will deliver high-quality supportive services to ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming living environment for residents. Travel and valid NYS driver’s license are required for this role.
