Manufacturing Engineer - Automatic Assembly Processes / Process Improvement We are partnered with a global leader in industrial technology and electrical energy management solutions. The team is looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement across production processes, support lean transformation, and improve manufacturing performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Legnago, Italy.
Key responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer position: Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to identify and resolve process-related issues, minimising downtime and improving yield.
Analyse errors and deviations in production processes and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
Apply lean tools to eliminate waste and improve production flow.
Identify and support automation projects related to cost reduction and capacity expansion.
Collaborate with product development teams on cost estimation and new process design for NPI.
Prepare technical reports, update work instructions, and maintain accurate documentation.
Key requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Management Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically in automatic assembly processes.
Familiarity with lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
Understanding of PLC systems a plus.
