What you will do
For a cluster of customers He/She will responsible of:
- Customer management end to end the entire order flow, from order entry to delivery
- Sales condition entry &update;
- Customer master data maintenance
- Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management
- Claim management and related credit/debit note flow
- Flow Analysis and Projects management
What you need to succeed
Education: Accounting Background (bachelor in Economics or similar) undefined
Professional Experience: 3/5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a modern and structured Company
Languages: Fluent Italian language Good level of English
Preferred qualifications & soft skills: Good knowledge of business intelligence and reporting system Experience in reporting and PPT presentation Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PPT Good SAP knowledge Strong team player who is willing to work in a fast paced ever changing environment

Employment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time
National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati
Minimum Gross Annual Salary: € 35.000
The position includes access to an individual or collective variable incentive scheme based on the achievement of predefined performance objectives (KPIs); alternatively, any additional variable compensation components or benefits will be governed by the applicable company policies.
