h3Design the details that make a difference on track: /h3 h3The Opportunity /h3 pWe're looking for a Senior Composite Design Engineer to join our Design team in Maranello, designing and developing Formula 1 car components with performance at the heart of every design decision.
/p pFrom concept development through to race introduction, you'll use your composite design expertise to deliver solutions for the car, working collaboratively across the team and supporting continuous development throughout the season.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liDesign and develop Formula 1 car components from concept through to completion.
/li liCollaborate on the planning and strategy of component development and race introduction.
/li liDrive continuous improvement in component design, with a strong focus on car performance.
/li liContribute to concept development and composite design workload planning.
/li liLiaise with the Race Team on reliability matters and relevant composite design revisions.
/li liCarry out research and development activities to support ongoing technical development.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering.
/li liMinimum 5 years' experience in a professional motorsport environment, including design experience.
/li liStrong composite design expertise with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
/li liKnowledge of composite and machine shop production processes.
/li liExperience using CATIA 3DX.
/li liExcellent understanding of English.
/li liA collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to remain focused in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
/li /ul h3It Would Be An Advantage If You Also Have /h3 ul liExperience with FEA.
