Application Specialist (F/M)
Overview In this role you will provide application expertise and technical consultation across the customer lifecycle to help customers integrate Sartorius product portfolios. You will work with cross-functional teams to support evaluations, trials and onboarding, shaping solutions that fit customer processes. You will troubleshoot technical and application issues, translating needs into effective recommendations to improve adoption and performance. This position offers meaningful impact by advancing life sciences applications to support better health outcomes. Support customer evaluations, application assessments and technical consultations with product and workflow recommendations Design,
coordinate and document customer-specific evaluation/onboarding plans and outcomes via trials and training Troubleshoot application and product performance issues and coordinate corrective actions Provide application insights across opportunity development to inform solution recommendations Capture customer feedback and competitive intelligence to influence portfolio enhancements
Requisiti fondamentali
Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of application/technical support or customer-facing experience in life sciences Deep knowledge of relevant products, applications and customer workflows Ability to troubleshoot technical and application issues in customer environments Hands-on capability with demos, trials, evaluations and customer training, with structured documentation Customer orientation Strong communication and presentation skills Cross-functional collaboration Troubleshooting and technical problem solving Demos, trials, evaluations and customer training Documentation of findings and recommendations
