They collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure the availability of resources and the continuous improvement of procurement processes. Every day. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liNegotiation of prices, payment terms, delivery times with suppliers, as well as the management of the complete purchasing cycle: request for quotations,
supplier selection, order issuance, delivery monitoring, and transaction verification /li liScouting and qualification of new suppliers, including performance evaluation, coordination with production departments and planning to ensure the availability of materials according to company needs /li liManagement of non-conformities and complaints towards suppliers /li liMaintaining accuracy of data in ERP/MRP systems (lead times, prices, supplier information, open orders) /li liMonitoring and management of delivery delays, with follow-up and expediting actions /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Key skills and qualifications /h3 ul liEnglish to business level written and spoken /li liSolid experience in purchasing and/or supply chain from a company within the electronics, (or similar), industry /li liWorking in an ERP/MRP day to day, such as SAP /li liAbility to read and understand drawings and technical specifications /li liKnowledge of trade compliance and contract negotiation /li /ul pThe salary will start from €30,000/gross per year; meals are fully covered by the company; Applicable contract: Metalworkers ("National Collective Labor Agreement for employees of private metalworking industries and plant installation"); all hourly surcharges and benefits included in the CCNL are provided (e.g., welfare, pension fund, and healthcare for the category). /p h3Equal Opportunities /h3 pWe offer equal opportunities and value diversity within our company.
