Energy Storage Support Engineer: Remote Diagnostics
BYD Europe is seeking an Energy Storage Technical Support Engineer to join our Italy team. You will maintain energy storage systems, perform start-up and commissioning, and provide remote diagnostics to customers, ensuring safety and reliability.
You should have 3+ years in power or energy storage, a degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics, strong problem-solving and customer service skills, and fluency in Italian with good English. Based in Italy with full-time on-site work.
