pbJob description /b /pp Responsibilities of being a Pre-Construction Project Manager:ulliLead the pre-construction phase of data centre projects, from initial feasibility and concept design through to construction readiness /liliCoordinate architects, engineers, specialist consultants and contractors to ensure designs are developed in line with client requirements /liliManage project budgets, cost plans and procurement strategies, identifying opportunities for value engineering and cost optimisation /liliDevelop and oversee project programmes, ensuring key milestones, deliverables and critical activities are clearly defined /liliManage planning, permitting, regulatory requirements and statutory approvals in coordination with relevant stakeholders /liliIdentify project risks, constraints and potential challenges early, implementing strategies to mitigate their impact /liliOversee tender processes, contractor selection and procurement activities, ensuring suitable delivery strategies are established /liliEnsure a smooth transition from pre-construction into the construction and delivery phases /li /ul /pbr /pbRequired profile /b /ppThe Pre-Construction Project Manager will have the following:ulliProven experience working as a Pre-Construction Manager, Project Manager or similar within the construction industry /liliExperience working on data centre, mission-critical or other large-scale complex construction projects /liliStrong understanding of design management, feasibility, cost planning, procurement and construction programmes /liliExperience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams,
