h3Functieomschrijving /h3br/pRandstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for aSenior Principal Scientist. /ppWork area: Pomezia /ppContractual situation: 12 fixed-term contract /ph3Responsabilità /h3pKey Responsibilities /pulliLead formulation development, reformulation and product optimization for Oral Care products. /liliLead the definition of product and formulation strategy, translating consumer, business and technicalrequirements into product solutions. /liliLead experimental strategy, including the design, execution and interpretation of laboratory studies to build /liliproLead technical problem solving, applying scientific expertise to understand and address formulation,ingredient, stability, performance and product-quality challenges. /liliMaintain end-to-end technical accountability for product development, ensuring product design intent andkey technical requirements are maintained through qualification and commercialization. /liliPartner closely with Technical Operations during process development, scale-up, technology transfer andmanufacturing implementation, providing formulation expertise and technical direction. /liliLead technical activities within cross-functional project teams, collaborating with Technical Operations, /liliQuality, Regulatory, Medical, Marketing and other RD functions. /liliEnsure product designs meet consumer needs, performance expectations, quality, safety and regulatory /lilirequirements.
