Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, in Portofino, seeks a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team for the 2027 season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, with strong cooking skills and a commitment to exceptional service in a luxury environment.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will prepare meals, uphold HACCP standards, and coordinate Demi and Commis de Partie assignments while contributing to memorable guest experiences at La Terrazza, Pool Grill, and Cocktail Bar.
