Innovation, technical expertise and a strong focus on customer needs are at the heart of what we do. /b /p /brpTo strengthen our bRD Application Lab – Natural Polymers /b, we are looking for a new resource who, reporting to the Technical Manager, will contribute to the development, characterization and application of innovative products, working in close collaboration with our technical teams and supporting customer-related activities. /p /brh3Main responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliDevelop and support the application of new products /li /brliEvaluate and characterize raw materials and finished products /li /brliPerform application tests to support the introduction of our products into customers’ production processes /li /brliLearn, implement and improve application methodologies /li /brliInvestigate the behaviour of products and formulations, correlating their characteristics with application performance /li /brliSupport the preparation of technical and promotional materials and the organization of technical meetings /li /brliPrepare samples and formulations for customers /li /br /ul /brh3Education and requirements:
/h3 /brul /brliDegree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry, with a strong interest in technology and industrial processes /li /brliPrevious experience in an RD or Application Laboratory will be considered a plus /li /brliKnowledge of instrumental analytical techniques /li /brliGood command of English /li /brliGood knowledge of standard IT tools and software /li /brliProactive attitude and strong team-working skills /li /brliCuriosity and a problem-solving mindset /li /brliCreativity and results-oriented approach /li /brliAccuracy, autonomy and reliability /li /brliWillingness to travel /li /br /ul /brpbLocation: /b Albizzate (VA), Italy /p /brpbEmployment Terms: /b CCNL Chimico-Industria - D Level /p /brpbGross Annual Salary (RAL): /b €33,000 – €35,000 /p /brpThe salary range for this position is €33,000–€35,000 gross per year.
