h3About Us /h3pIndie Campers is the leading campervan marketplace, on a mission to make road trips accessible to everyone. With a fully digital booking experience and a customer-first approach, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travellers from 170 countries and delivered over one million nights on the road. We are a fast-growing, technology-driven company, and our challenges are both exciting and demanding. We are looking for top talent to help build the future of road travel. /ph3The Role /h3pAs Regional Operations Director, you lead local operations across a group of countries. Each depot has Operations Supervisors on the floor; clusters of depots are led by Operations Managers; the Operations Managers report to you. You report to the EMEA Operations Vice President. You will own results on fleet availability and quality, Customer satisfaction and public profile, operational efficiency and profitability, ensuring high service standards and consistent execution of the central procedures and SOPs defined for our operating model. You will sit on the regional management team alongside peers from Revenue Growth, People and Finance, and you will be accountable for your region's operational targets and for the operational cost of the service delivered to our customers. /ph3What You Will Work On /h3h3Leadership and performance /h3ulliLead, coach and develop the regional team and the Depot Leaders across your locations /liliOversee day-to-day regional operations and drive the region's results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction and profitability /liliMonitor KPIs daily, follow up on action plans and implement improvements /liliEnsure operating standards and SOPs are followed consistently across all depots /liliSafety, legal compliance and audit readiness at every site, under several sets of national law. /li /ulh3Customer first /h3ulliCustomer satisfaction and recurring issues across every country in your district,

with corrective plans that actually close /li /ulh3PL and cost ownership /h3ulliOwn the regional PL from an operational standpoint, including budgeting and cost control /liliIdentify and deploy efficiency initiatives /liliKeep resources aligned with activity levels, expanding and contracting cost structure based on seasonality /liliManage relationships with international suppliers serving the region /li /ulh3Collaboration and growth /h3ulliWork closely with Central Ops, Revenue Growth, Finance, People Talent Acquisition, and so that processes are well defined and adapted to your region /liliLead, coordinate and deliver projects related to operational expansion in the region /liliTravel frequently to support depot teams (up to 75% of the time) /li /ulh3Who We Are Looking For /h3h3Must have /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Business Management or a similar field (higher education) /lili10 years or more of operational leadership in mobility, logistics, hospitality, rental or multi-site management, including several years running operations in more than one country. /liliYou have run a profit and loss account of meaningful size and are comfortable owning a commercial result rather than contributing to one. /liliYou manage through managers who themselves manage managers. Your effectiveness depends on your Operations Managers being good, not on you being everywhere. /liliYou can diagnose across a portfolio and across borders, telling apart a problem with one depot, one manager, one country, or the way we operate.

/liliYou have worked inside more than one employment-law regime and know where local practice genuinely constrains a standard and where it is being used as an excuse. /liliYou make sound people decisions at Supervisor and Manager level in reasonable time, and build a pipeline rather than filling vacancies. /liliYou handle capital decisions with finance, and can flex a cost base seasonally across several labour markets without letting service or safety slip. /liliYou get results through functions that do not report to you. In this structure that is not a nice-to-have: fleet, revenue, customer experience, people and finance all hold things you need and none of them are yours. /liliYou treat safety and compliance as yours, at the same standard at your smallest depot as at your largest. /liliYou protect the integrity of what gets reported, and would rather receive a bad number that is true than a good one that is not. /liliYou are steady in a crisis and willing to be in the field: every country monthly, a frontline shift monthly, present when it matters. /liliStrong Excel or Sheets. Fluent English and at least one other language used in your district. Full driving licence, category B.
