Role summary and impact
The senior associate activation linear planning independently manages the planning, implementation and optimisation of standard offline media campaigns across tv, print and radio. The role ensures accurate delivery, budget control and reporting, translating campaign data into tactical recommendations and supporting junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- independently develop and implement offline media plans across tv, print and radio based on agreed objectives and budgets.
- manage standard planning activities end-to-end, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
- conduct competitive analyses and translate data into clear insights and tactical recommendations.
- monitor campaign delivery and budget allocation, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- use media planning tools such as kubik, arianna, kimono, aqx, mcs and netbox.
- coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies and media owners to support accurate and timely campaign execution.
- share best practices and provide operational guidance to associates, escalating complex or non-standard issues to the manager.
Skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience in media planning, preferably within a media agency.
- solid knowledge of tv planning and familiarity with print and radio.
- strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- proficiency in microsoft office and good command of english.
