pdomain Innovations, Development Quality /p plocation_on /p pCermenate, IT /p pShare: /p h3RD Manager /h3 pWe are looking for an RD Manager to join our Global RD team at Bolton Food, in our plant of Cermenate. /p pHow you make the difference /p pAs RD Manager, you will drive product innovation and development, exploring new concepts, technologies and categories to address evolving consumer needs and unlock new growth opportunities. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative product ideas from concept to industrialization, ensuring technical feasibility and product quality while supporting the development of your team. /p pHow your agenda looks like: /p ul libProduct Innovation Development: /bManage product innovation and development projects, exploring new product concepts and categories in line with consumer needs, market trends and business opportunities. /li libResearch Innovation: /bIdentify and assess new technologies, ingredients and product solutions, contributing to the development of innovative concepts and future growth opportunities. /li libCross-Functional Collaboration: /bWork closely with Marketing, Quality, Operations and other relevant functions to translate product briefs into feasible solutions and ensure alignment throughout the development process. /li libProject Management Industrialization: /bCoordinate product development activities from concept to industrialization, monitoring project progress and ensuring technical feasibility, product quality and compliance with applicable standards. /li /ul pYour team: /p pYou will report directly to the Global RD Director Food. /p pWhat makes you a great fit: /p ul libEducation /b: Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related scientific field. /li libWork Experience: /b5–10 years of relevant experience in RD and product development within the food industry,
ideally including experience in product innovation and the development of new product categories. /li libTechnical Skills: /bStrong expertise in food product development and RD processes.
