Technical After-Sales Automotive
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and service standards of the technical support team in claims processing.
Activities: Management and analysis of technical support tickets (1-2st level help desk).
Support in the implementation of practices to improve the operational efficiency of processes.
Review of warranty claims.
Ongoing interface with dealers in the field and remotely.
Creation and review of monthly reports.
Creation and management of team performance and process reports.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
Knowledge of English language.
Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components).
Knowledge of technical documentation.
Working Conditions:
CCNL: Commercio
Range Level: 2°- 1°
Range RAL: €35.000- €40.000
Meal vouchers worth €5 day
Contract Indeterminate.
Company equipment and work tools provided Place of work: Turin and smart working.
