Controller
Overview
In this role you will support Group-level controlling and FP&A; activities within the Group Controlling Department. You will manage monthly closings, budgeting and forecasting, and produce variance analyses and management reports for top management. You will oversee the reporting platform and ensure IFRS-compliant accounting and consolidation processes. This is a hands-on, data-driven role that sits at the heart of planning and performance, in a global industrial automation context.

Responsabilità
- Understand balance sheet and income statement items and perform accounting reviews
- Manage monthly closings, actuals, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly reports and variance analyses (Order Intake, Revenue, Backlog, P&L;,
Opex by Cost Center and Nature, Capex, Personnel Costs, BS & Cash Flow)
- Create management reports for Top Management
- Oversee the reporting software platform and related improvements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering
- At least 2 years of Controlling experience with business analysis, management reporting, and industrial accounting
- Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with monthly closing and management consolidation
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel
- excellent organizational skills
