Italian Customer Care Advisor Lisbon with Relocation Support and Accommodation
We're looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.
You'll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.
Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
What You'll Do
Respond to customer queries through phone, email & chat online.
Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
Manage complaints professionally and elevate complex cases when needed.
Communicate with empathy while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.
Follow established quality standards and company procedures.
Meet individual productivity and performance targets.
What You'll Bring
Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
Intermediate English (B1/B2).
Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
Contract & Working Conditions
12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
Flight ticket reimbursement according to company policy.
