Overview
As GT Product Configuration Manager, you oversee Turbines configuration for new units and service projects within TAEE. You will coordinate engineering activities, manage external collaborators, and drive standardization with cross-functional teams to boost productivity and cost efficiency. You help ensure on-time project execution and alignment with commercial and application teams. This role offers the chance to shape the Turbines and Axial Expanders portfolio and lead cultural transformation in a global, tech-driven environment.

Responsabilità
- Lead Turbines product excellence and optimize project phases from proposal to order
- Coordinate external collaborators and promote growth through secondment
- Collaborate with Turbines Platform for standardization and cost-efficiency; interface with other Engineering Departments
- Resolve major issues related to product cost, industrialization, and standardization; drive continuous development with multiple teams
- Ensure flawless project execution with Gas Technology Equipment Engineering, focusing on productivity and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with Commercials and Applications; align tasks with existing configurations and update Turbines material
- Inspire team for new challenges and maintain alignment across stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and GT development programs; interact with Industrial, Energy, and O&G; customers and leadership
- Significant experience in Turbomachinery engineering; focus on Gas Turbines systems and configuration management
- Strong presentation, oral and written communication, analytics, and project management skills
- Excellent leadership; ability to make decisions with limited information
- Target-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in English; EU work permit; willing to travel ~20%
