Jr Reliability Engineer
Job Responsibilities (included but not limited to): Collaborates in defining the qualification plan and stress test conditions for photonic components, including materials' second sources or materials and process changes validation
Responsible for the reliability laboratory and owner of the machines, ensures proper setting, calibration and interface with maintenance team for periodic and extraordinary maintenances.
Responsible of the setup of new reliability test benches, collaborating with other teams
Plan the preparation and execution of qualification tests, responsible for laboratory resources' allocation
Follow up on periodic ORT (Ongoing Reliability Tests) for products already released in manufacturing
Work with external suppliers for reliability tests' execution
Supervise devices' measurements and support in data analysis
Analyze test results and collaborate in documentation preparation
Collaborate with ZH Headquarters Reliability team Job Requirements: Experience with laboratory equipment, data acquisition and data analysis
Knowledge of reliability models and related statistical methods
Knowledge of reliability / failure mechanisms for electronics/ semiconductors /photonics
Understanding of photonics and opto-electronic devices
Coding experience and knowledge of Python, Lab View, C++ and C# is a plus
Hands on experience with SEM / EDX is a plus
Familiarity with SPC and statistical techniques is a plus
Technical problem-solving skills
Good attitude to team working
