Italian Tech Support Specialist — On-site in Lisbon
Velenosi&Meredith; is seeking a customer support specialist for our Lisbon, Portugal site. You will assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email, perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics, and manage order follow-ups and customer queries across three support systems.
The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset. The schedule is 08:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday with a rotational day off and Sundays off, on-site in sunny Lisbon.
