Experience managing large advertising budgets
Strong understanding of major in-app advertising networks, including Unity, Moloco, App Lovin, and Liftoff
Experience working with MMP platforms such as Apps Flyer, Adjust, and others
Ability to analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve target KPIs
Basic knowledge of tracking systems such as Keitaro/Binom
Fluent Ukrainian or Russian, English level B1 or higher
Basic knowledge of mobile app rental services Responsibilities Daily management advertising networks such as Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, and Mintegral
Launching and scaling performance campaigns for web-view applications
Close daily collaboration with media buying, design, finance, and technical teams
Setting up campaigns in tracking systems
Regular reporting on traffic performance and ad spend
Design and execute continuous A/B testing experiments
