Senior Private Banker, EMEA Coverage
We are partnering with a leading international private bank with a well-established Monaco platform, seeking an experienced Senior Private Banker to develop and manage relationships with U/HNW clients across EMEA
This opportunity is particularly suited to successful private bankers currently based in Milan who are seeking to relocate to Monaco and join a highly entrepreneurial platform renowned for its personalised approach, investment expertise, and long-term client relationships
Responsibilities:
- Originate and acquire U/HNW clients across the EMEA markets, leveraging an established network and personal brand
- Build and grow a profitable private banking franchise through proactive business development and client acquisition activities
- Deliver bespoke wealth management solutions across investments, wealth structuring, and succession planning tailored to sophisticated client needs
- Work closely with investment specialists and wealth planners to develop compelling client propositions and win new mandates
- Represent the bank within the wider wealth management community,
cultivating relationships with entrepreneurs, family offices, professional intermediaries, and key centres of influence
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Monaco platform by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities across the region
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Senior Private Banker or Relationship Manager, with a strong history of originating and growing client relationships.
- Demonstrable ability to transfer and develop a portfolio of U/HNW clients
- Strong understanding of investment advisory, portfolio management, and wealth planning solutions
- Established network within the EMEA private wealth market
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on client service and long-term relationship management
- Experience operating within an international private banking environment
- Fluent Italian and English required. Fluency in French would be advantageous
