Senior Service Leader, PV
Sungrow Europe is seeking a Service Team Leader for Italy & Balkans to lead a distributed team of PMs, field engineers, and O&M; staff. You will own PV/BESS project lifecycles from contract through long-term service and drive performance, budgets, and SLA adherence across the region. Milan-based with ~40% travel.
You will also manage service partner networks, escalate complex issues, and apply AI/data tools to improve efficiency while coordinating with HQ and country leadership.
