Bolton Food is seeking an R&D; Manager for its Cermenate plant. You will drive product innovation, lead cross-functional development teams, and oversee projects from concept to industrialization, ensuring technical feasibility and quality.
The role reports to the Global R&D; Director Food and requires strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in food R&D;, a degree in a related field, and fluency in Italian and English.
