* SupportingtheNightAuditorManagerinbalancingtheday'srevenues,ensuringaccurateentryofratecodes,discounts,andotherfinancialdetailsinOpera,andprintnecessaryback-upreportsbeforethesystemclosesfortheday.
* Handlingvisitorsprofessionallyduringthenightshiftincoordinationwithsecurity,ensuringtheprivacyandsecurityofallguests
* RecordingmajorincidentsandimportantinformationintheDutyManager’slogbook
* EnsuringtheResort’screditpolicyisfollowed,conductingCreditCheckReports,andsigningoffonRebatesandPaid-Outswithproperjustification.
* Preparingdetailedreportsandend-of-daysummaries,whichincludedailyrevenue,occupancystatistics,guestactivity,andothercriticaldataformanagementreview.
* Closingoutthefinancialtransactionsfortheday,includingreconcilingguestaccounts,checking-inandchecking-outrecords,restaurantcharges,minibarusage,andallotherbilledservices.
* Ensuringthatallcharges(roomrates,incidentalcharges,etc.)areaccuratelypostedandrecorded.
Anydiscrepanciesareresolvedbeforetheendoftheshift.
* Ensuringthehotel’ssafetyduringthenightshift.
Thisincludesmonitoringsecuritysystems,overseeinghotelaccess,andalertingsecuritypersonnelaboutanyunusualactivities.
* Workingcloselywiththemorningshiftstafftoensureasmoothtransitionofinformation,andthatallnecessaryupdatesarepassedalongtothedayshiftteam. #J-18808-Ljbffr
