Hybrid Technical Services Engineer II
MongoDB is seeking a Technical Services Engineer based in Milan for a hybrid working model (Tues-Sat shift). You will resolve complex MongoDB-related issues, advise customers on architecture and performance, and collaborate with product teams to shape solutions.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in technical customer‑facing roles, strong diagnostics, and hands-on experience with distributed systems and databases. You’ll help customers at scale and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
