* Design, implement, and operate services powering the consumer experience, including payment flows, identity verification, loyalty, and engagement features across the full lifecycle
* Drive technical analysis for cross-team projects, lead design discussions, and document designs for stakeholder and team review before implementation
* Improve mobile and backend development quality through testing strategies, safe progressive rollouts, and proactive technical debt reduction
* Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on cross-service dependencies, event-driven patterns, and operational excellence
* Own work from start to finish and contribute to the technical direction, quality, and delivery of complex systems in collaboration with other teams Требования
* At least 5 years of related back-end software engineering experience, including microservices and cloud environments in fast-paced contexts
* Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot
* Strong understanding of distributed systems and managing external dependencies, such as banking protocols
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, coordinate implementations across teams, and build trust with stakeholders
* Focus on delivering software that meets evolving user needs; adaptability, initiative, and ability to optimize systems beyond initial requirements
* Fluent in English
